Our journey began with a simple dream: to create the kinds of vacation homes and retreats we would love to share with our own family and closest friends. We wanted spaces that feel welcoming, thoughtfully designed, and effortlessly enjoyable - places where everything you need is right at your fingertips, allowing you to focus less on logistics and more on making memories.

We grew up in the same hometown and were set up by our families. Thankfully, they knew what they were doing!
It all lead to our five beautiful kids, life is never boring! Between school events, sports practices, and family adventures, there's always something happening in our house.
🏈 Fall weekends are sacred.
You'll usually find us cheering on our favorite college football teams, gathering with family and friends, and enjoying all the traditions that come with game day.
🏀 March Madness is a family event.
College basketball season is one of our favorites. Friendly competition and bracket challenges are taken very seriously around here.
🏃 We're happiest when we're active.
Whether it's running, coaching from the sidelines, chasing our kids from one sporting event to the next, or spending time outdoors, we love staying on the move.
☀️ Pool days are our favorite days.
One of the reasons we fell in love with creating vacation homes is that some of our best family memories happen around the pool - laughing, relaxing, and simply enjoying time together.
🏡 Every home we create passes one important test.
We ask ourselves: "Would we want to stay here with our own family?" If the answer isn't a definite yes, we keep improving until it is.
